Holod’s Remodel: Open Kitchen – Wolf Home Products

Our newest project features a young couple who had been looking at their dream home for months. Finally being able to purchase they got right to work on the kitchen. Our team consulted with them on a concept that would open up the room by removing walls and staying with light colors. Just like most projects there was a hiccup along the way. One of the walls that needed to be removed was load bearing! Instead of keeping the wall our team install a 20 foot support beam in the ceiling and wrapped it in oak to create a farmhouse look. This gave them the open concept that they were wanting to achieve.

Other touches included moving a large walk in pantry, relocating the refrigerator and increasing the wall cabinet height. The project was rounded out with an amazing Biscayne island center piece that has become the crown jewel of their kitchen.

Now a few weeks in the kitchen is their entertainment headquarters for family and friends.
