Our Process

Generations of knowledge go into our design and remodel processes. We make it easy for you, our customer to go from the showroom floor to a finished product in just a few weeks.

Read below our design and remodel processes for a better understanding of what makes Holod’s the most efficient kitchen and bath dealer in the Philadelphia area.

  • An initial meeting in our showroom to gather inspiration, see our products, and discuss the overall goals of your project.
  • Schedule a field measure, where one of our designers visits your home to take accurate and detailed measurements of your space. This is necessary in order to get accurate pricing. The fee for this service is $150.00, which is reimbursed through the purchase of materials.
  • A follow-up meeting in our showroom with one of our designers to discuss client selections and wish-list.
  • Additional changes following initial field measure and follow-up showroom design appointment require an in-person meeting and a second deposit.
  • Once final and approved, order all of the products and coordinate their arrival to provide the least interruption of existing kitchen or bathroom use.
  • Schedule our professional installers in coordination with product arrival. Monitor workflow and subcontractors work completion to insure they are meeting the schedule that was developed and agreed to.
    • For clients wishing to obtain plans and elevations a deposit of $350.00 is required in order for us to release drawings, plans, and elevations. Purchaser must sign off on all drawings and estimate.
  • Once materials and scope of work are verified, clients will be provided with a detailed contract and job binder containing signed labor scope, estimate and material selections. Project will be scheduled following the signed contract and deposit.
  • Standard bathroom project timeline is approximately two weeks from the start of demolition. Standard kitchen projects have a timeline of three to four weeks from start of demolition. Timelines are subject to change due to scope of work to be completed, as well as unforeseen issues that may arise following demolition.
  • Holod’s Kitchen and Bath reserves the right to reject change requests made after 24 hours of contract signing.
  • Contractors typically work Monday through Friday. Holod’s installation services are offered for products purchased at Holod’s only.
  • Holod’s Kitchen and Bath will review with homeowner access, preparing the work area and job expectations.
  • Further details provided in contract upon client approval of project.
